| VEELABS at BlackBerry DEVCON Asia 2011 |

As the leading BlackBerry App Developer, VEELABS
participated on BlackBerry DEVCON Asia event held by Research In Motion (RIM) in Bali at
13-14 January 2011. Bali was chosen as the location of the first BlackBerry DEVCON held
outside North America, as Indonesia is the largest market of BlackBerry in Asia Pacific at
the moment. This event was attended by hundreds of developers and companies from all over
the world.

| Honda iMobili BlackBerry App presented during the
general session at BlackBerry DEVCON Asia 2011 |

One of BlackBerry App developed by VEELABS, Honda
iMobili was presented by Gregory Wade, Managing Director South East Asia of RIM at the
first general session of DEVCON Asia. Honda iMobili gained acknowledgement as one of the
best local Indonesian BlackBerry Super App. Honda iMobili was also selected as
Regional Asia Pacific Semi Finalist Winner at BlackBerry Super App Developer Challenge
2010. Honda iMobili is the first and only BlackBerry App that combines automotives product
and services with BlackBerry technology in a sophisticated Super App.
